1. Product Delivery

• We strive to deliver products according to the specifications you provided on your order. However, Kidspartner reserves the right
  to substitute a similar or alternative product if necessary. This will not be considered a mistake in delivery.
• We ensure that the products are in good condition before delivery. Kidspartner is not responsible for delays or damages
  caused by the courier service. Once you receive and confirm the product, it is considered delivered correctly and cannot be
  returned as a bad delivery.

2. Order Processing and Delivery Times

• We will begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Please allow up to one week for delivery. Some products may
  have different delivery times based on their nature, so please keep this in mind when ordering.

3. Delivery Accuracy

• We take care every product to deliver to the correct address. However, Kidspartner is not responsible for incorrect deliveries if
  the address provided is wrong or if someone other than the intended recipient receives the package.

4. Pricing and Availability

• Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Kidspartner reserves the right to cancel or refuse any
  order if there is a pricing error or if the product is out of stock, even if the order has been confirmed. If payment has been
  processed, it will be refunded to your credit card, and you will be notified by email.

5. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

6. Taxes and Customs Duties

• Your shipment may incur taxes or customs duties depending on your country. These charges are your responsibility. Sometimes,
  the courier may pay these fees on your behalf and collect them from you later.

  sales services offered by manufacturers or vendors are handled directly by them. Kidspartner is not responsible for these

9. Legal Jurisdiction

• Any legal issues arising from these terms will be handled by the courts in Chennai or Madurai.
